Expect light posting this weekend.

By the time you read this, I’ll be in surgery for some work on my hand. It’s relatively straightforward, but because of some nerve involvement, they’re going to put me under for the duration, and I’m told it may end up with my hand in some kind of brace for a few days or longer.

The problem they hope to solve has been causing some constant pain for a while now, so I’m eager to get it done.

The Big Picture

I’ve felt this sneaking suspicion for a while now that the election is shifting mightily under our feet, and I was right. First, the numbers are running in the right direction for Joe Biden. (Expect the media coverage to soon shift to, “Is Biden Peaking Too Soon?”)
