This grift should put to rest any questions that viewers of the Showtime series might have on which side to come down on. Carry on!

Please consider having an expert on about cerebral palsy. With the huge uptick in anti-disabilities rhetoric, the public needs to learn why people with cerebral palsy, whether mild or severe, ( most often women) make the PERFECT victims for sexual predators and predators in general (Andrew Tate joked about this on video that I saw this week- I don’t know how old the video is. However, its release seems coordinated with the recent MAGA/Evangelical hate rhetoric planned in Bedminster.).
I was a frequent guest speaker, working with a friend, a CP specialist from Mayo and Abbott Northwestern. I was asked, because of my training, education, and personal experience to discuss some of the normally taboo topics with parents of children with cerebral palsy.
I want to see a Dominion/Fox type of lawsuit to shut people like Tate, Poole, Megan B, Greg Locke, etc down before this disgusting hate escalates as it has for LGBTQ individuals this past year.
This needs to be stopped before it gets rolling

When I spoke as a guest speaker, I spoke to parents, both moms and dads. Because their own children were impacted, normally taboo bodily function/sexuality questions were safe for me to discuss., even with males.. For the dads there was a built in buy in to help protect their kids.. (There’s an assumption that most men aren’t really interested in “the interior lives of women, or their real sexual functioning. It’s a stereotype-however it stops conversations and it put those with cp at greater risk)
However, women’s sexuality, specific “gifts” with many women with CP, and challenges for other women and some men, remain taboo. The silence in the larger society only enhances the danger for those with cp to be a victim of a predator. Many predators share this information online. The general public is ignorant, putting those with cp, and other disabilities, more at risk
Rick, I’m serious, this hatred must be shut down before it takes over. Those with disabilities do not have organizations like the ADL, NAACP, etc to directly combat hate in the way these organizations work to fight antisemitism, racism, etc. Fighting hate is their job. Those with disabilities have no parallel organizations. We. have relied on the ADA, special ed laws, and norms and empathy from others. As you know, Trump and MAGA’s role is to destroy those norms and empathy.
As you know, T4 was the end product. The hate started slowly in the churches and smaller villages in Germany. It wasn’t long before it became a tsunami that was supported by even most health care workers in the country. It was an exponential growth curve. By the time the educated and wealthier members in the cities (think blue states) realized the extent of the hate, it was too late
