It seems to me that the Supreme Court has granted Biden (and not only Trump) virtually unlimited power to take executive action to terminate any efforts to overturn or interfere with federal elections, and order federal prosecution of those responsible. Is there any evidence he is preparing to defend the Constitution from the efforts to subvert it? Or would our AG Casper Milquetoast stand in the way?
