I luv the Hopium pieces.. the writings give me true hope and understanding of the ‘24 elections. I also have listened to Michael Moore who has his ears and eyes on the voters and has been correct about elections even when most didn’t agree..I just listened to his recent podcast and he is VERY concerned about the loss of voters due to Biden support of Netanyahu.. his hope for a Biden win has been dimmed.. he explains in detail why.. is Biden going to allow this to continue..this may really hurt him and the rest of us with it 🤦♂️☹️

I first was introduced to Simon recently on The Last Word (one of the best programs on msnbc) and have shared his January recap video with others. For me, he is a beacon of hope, like a lighthouse, who is making the darkness of this time less scary via fact and research and hard work. Just love listening to him (and to you : ) So thankful for the work you are both doing. It is so important. The recent uptick in polling for Biden is such sweet relief and I now have more confidence it will continue to grow. Thank you, both for doing such good work. DA Squires

Like you mentioned in the podcast, he provides actionable information, where folks can do things, small and large to help move the country in a more positive way. I like your pod and the Lincoln Project for the talented and necessary work, of making attacks against the thin skinned MAGA Mussolini, and I like Simon's ideas for taking action to turn out Democrats and pursuable Independents to vote. We need both of those, and with both of those and with both of those, we will win!

I can’t believe you guys didn’t mention the War on Taylor Swift, tho. What’s the over/under on Trump coming out and trashing her? I saw, of all people because I’m sure she really values his opinion, Sean Hannity out there offering her the advice not to endorse President Biden. 🤣

Republicans are completely self-destructive, and attacking Taylor Swift is not going to help them one bit. I’m pretty sure that Taylor Swift doesn’t give a damn about what Sean Hannity thinks. I’ve listened to a few interviews with her, and she is her own woman. No one is going to push her around.
They’re totally desperate, and when lunatics get desperate, they get even crazier. I couldn’t pick out a Taylor Swift song if my life depended on it. I never started paying attention to her until recently. But if she and her boyfriend help get Joe Biden reelected, I’ll be deeply grateful. Every time one of these right wing kooks opens his or her mouth, they drive away a few more voters.

I love how the right-wing is making it sound like Taylor Swift is some kind of deep state operative because she supports President Biden. Personally, I can't WAIT for her to endorse him, and at the same time talking to her fans about how important it is to VOTE (for President Biden).
I have every intention of upgrading to paid when I can. However, just at the present time, my husband is dying in a nursing home and, despite the help of Medicare, it’s takes about a third of our income to pay for his care. When I can, I will upgrade.
I don't have the words to express properly my support, but will attempt to do anyway, no matter how incoherently.
Ushering loved ones through end of life care is complicated enough without the financial strain. I hope you are also looking after yourself (as it sounds you are) and have loved ones and friends nearby, as well as an extended community support network.
