It terrifies me that this country, once again, will pursue the profit motive with AI before we really have a clue how to regulate it—-and this genie ain’t going back in the bottle. Mr. Bremmer raise a point I had heard before about the AI technology reflecting our wants back at us. Once again it sounds like a new opiate for the masses or those not engaged in constant critical thinking. We keep moving in the direction of dumbing down our society. It is terrifying.
